Waiting Time:

Domestic flights at commercial airports have the first 30  minutes of waiting after the flight lands free of charge.
International flights at commercial airports have the first 45  minutes of waiting after the flight lands free of charge.
All other pickups have a 10 minute wait after the scheduled pickup time.

Airport Pickup Policy:

We constantly check the ETA for the flight to ensure the driver will be at the airport on time and to minimize the possibility of the clients having to be charged for waiting time. However delays may still occur after the flight landed due to waiting for gate, mechanical issues, excessive wait in customs, lost luggage(s),  ….etc. such incidents are out of prediction.
We always notify our clients with their assigned driver info through email/text in advance.Please contact your driver once you land to arrange pickup area. If you can’t get in hold with your driver please contact us at 973-826-0488. Leaving the airport without contacting us will be treated as a no show and client will be charged in full.
All other pickups have a 10 minute wait after the scheduled pickup time.

No Shows:

Drivers will be released from the pickup location after 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time unless contact is made and client authorized additional waiting time. At airports driver will be released after one hour from landing time if no contact has been made.
All no shows will charged full price.

Pets:

Clients must inform us if they plan to travel with their pet regardless of type and size.
Clients traveling with their service dog are always welcome.
